1. Nature of the service
- AceRoute builds exam preparation applications for candidates writing licensing examinations administered by Canadian regulatory bodies. Currently available: PSW (Personal Support Worker, NACC).
- Not affiliated with any regulator. AceRoute is an independent study tool. It is not connected to, endorsed by, or affiliated with the National Association of Career Colleges (NACC), the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), the Ministry of Health, or any government body. Any reference to an examination outline is to identify the subject matter studied.
- All questions are independently authored. No content is an official exam paper, a leaked exam, or a reproduction of any third-party question bank. Any resemblance to an official question is unintentional.
- No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee exam success, certification, licensure, employment, or immigration outcomes. Preparation improves your readiness; it does not confer a credential.
2. Membership and payment
- Paid access is a one-time payment for the period stated at checkout. It does not renew automatically and you are not charged again unless you buy again.
- Where a referral code is used, the additional access period granted by that code is provided by AceRoute at no additional cost and carries the same terms.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Digital content is available immediately upon payment. Because access is instant and non-recoverable once delivered, purchases are final except where required by law or where a product has been materially unavailable or defective.
- Referral commissions are paid to the referring party, not to you, and do not affect your price.
3. Privacy and data
- When you use an AceRoute application, we collect your email and your study data (progress and wrong-answer records) so your progress can sync across devices.
- We use cookie-free page-view analytics (Umami) that records visit counts and referral sources only. It creates no cross-site profiles and is not used for advertising.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by email.

4. Intellectual property
- All content — question banks, explanations, lesson structure, the AceRoute name, logos, and trademarks — is the property of ACEROUTE (a business name registered in Ontario, Canada).
- Copying, redistributing, scraping, reselling, or reverse engineering any part of the applications is prohibited.
- You may use the applications for your own personal study.
5. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
